Scars are an essential aspect of the healing process. However, once a scar forms, it will remain unless it is treated. The problem is that there are so many scar treatments to choose from including scar creams, scar gels, and silicone scar sheeting.

Our team has researched and reviewed a variety of scar products and determined that the following products were the most successful. This conclusion was based on our review criteria as well as evidence from clinical studies proving the effectiveness of using silicone based scar treatments to diminish the size and color of a wide range of scars including Keloid Scars. We also found that inexpensive scar products which are not silicone based are not as effective as those that are.
